During the past 20 years, we have received countless reports of Beer Machine owners excited about how they have made completely new flavors of delicious tasting beers simply by blending together in varying degrees our premixed Beer Mixes. So, to help guide our "BrewMasters", we took this inspiration to Dr Michael J Lewis, professor of Brewing Sciences at the University of California in Davis and asked; "How can we make this available in a simple easy to use kit for all our Beer Machine users and can you help our aspiring brewmasters at home with some guidance?"

Well thanks to the technology of the internet and Dr Lewis's extensive knowledge and dedication to education and instruction of the brewing sciences, Michael has created a basic on-line BrewMasters course specifically for Beer Machine users. You determine when the best time is for you to participate in these four one hour lessons. In the convenience of your home, with your computer on-line you will learn the basic principals of brewing and all the information you will need to go on and enjoy making limitless styles and flavors of beers.

Dr. Lewis has taught thousands of brewer's who today enjoy successful careers in the brewing industry and is one of the brewing industries most accredited authorities. Much of the online course material comes from instructional programs costing many thousands of dollars to attend.

We are pleased to be able to provide Dr.Michael Lewis condensed course of instruction and have Dr. Lewis available to registered enrollments in an online form twice monthly to respond to questions and share new information and recipies.
