Making beer is really a simple and natural process.  If it wasn’t, you wouldn’t’ have heard stories about how beer happened by accident.  

The ingredients of good beer are natural and pure. 

The fermentation process is natural.  Everything about beer is natural except when you add big companies into the mix.

If the beer you’re imbibing came from a big vat, was canned or bottled by machines, put on trucks, driven cross-country to stores and then refrigerated amongst thousands of others, you’re not playing well with nature, or yourself.

Think about it:  if everybody made their own beer, how many millions fewer aluminum cans and glass bottles would we dispose of, or need to recycle, each year?  How many millions of gallons of gas would we save by not having to send giant beer trucks on the road?  How many millions of pounds of exhaust emissions would we prevent?  How much energy would we save by not having to store and cool all that bad beer?  One can dream.

The answer to all those questions:  lot’s and lot’s.

And think again:  all that mass produced industrial beer has to last until it gets to the “end-user.” That's big company beer…much of it is made with inorganic and unnatural ingredients like preservatives and fillers.  No such bunk gets into the beer you make with your Beer Machine.
