What is Your Refund Policy?
Although it's really difficult for us to imagine why, every once in a while somebody wants to send one of their beautifully crafted, lovable little Beer Machines back in for a refund. No problem.
If you bought a Beer Machine in the last 30 days and just don't want it for any reason we will give you a full refund (less shipping charges), no questions asked. First you'll need to call us for a return authorization number and ship it back. When it arrives we'll refund your Beer Machine cost, less the shipping charges.
